All purchases from BIG DATA are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered
• Buyer's remorse

All orders typically ship within 4 business days of order placement.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

Every order ships with tracking, and our $100+ item ships with signature confirmation and insurance. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Not as Described

If an item you receive is materially different from what was listed (wrong item, major defect not disclosed), contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
